These Terms of Service govern your use of the Reform with Rachel website, mobile application, workouts, coaching services, and related features.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Users under 18 may only use the Services with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Health Disclaimer

Reform with Rachel provides educational fitness and wellness content only.

Nothing within the app constitutes medical advice.

Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, stop exercising immediately and seek medical care.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise involves inherent risks.

By participating in workouts or following any program provided through Reform with Rachel, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and accept responsibility for your participation.

Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Memberships and Payments

Memberships, coaching plans, and session packages are billed according to the plan selected during purchase.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Prices may change in the future but will not affect purchases already completed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Memberships are non-refundable.
• Session packages are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments may be forfeited according to the booking policy.
• Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Community Standards

Users agree not to:

• Harass or bully others
• Upload illegal content
• Share offensive or hateful material
• Spam the community
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including:

• Progress photos
• Posts
• Comments
• Workout notes

By uploading content, you grant Reform with Rachel a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Services solely for operating the platform.

We will never sell your uploaded content.

Intellectual Property

All workouts, videos, graphics, logos, educational materials, branding, and application content remain the exclusive property of Reform with Rachel unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reform with Rachel shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Services.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
